Broker Relations Executive / Manager

Job Description:
To establish and sustain the best level of relationship with the reputable & licensed brokers in UAE, to follow
up on agreements documentation and their renewals, to serve their daily requests in terms of mediation for
pricing and policy serving and to perform all related report issuance and frequent visits to their venues
Responsibilities:
Primary
• Growing the company’s revenue by attracting more business to reach and exceed the set target,
• Administrating the signature and renewals of agreements with brokers,
• Keeping MEDGULF UAE in the minds of the brokers by frequent visits and PR,
• Filtering incoming pricing inquiries, spotting missing info if applicable, or rejecting ineligible business,
• Forwarding inquiries that fit the criteria to technical team to be priced and sending the quotations back
to the broker once finalized, after matching what was requested with what is being offered,
• Handling policy issuance from firm order to delivery of first package of cards,
• Supporting claims service by liaising between claims team and broker,
• Cooperating with the complaints officer & client manager to solve any complaint pertaining to a client
who is member of the assigned portfolio,

• Spotting special projects possibilities and reporting them to direct supervisor
